2601 has been a major contributor in our herd in the last several years. Along with with the ability to produce a great set of females, 2601 is also an excellent source of carcass genetics. A son of 2601 was grand champion carcass steer at the Nat'l Junior Angus show in 2000, and a grandson was reserve grand champion at at the 2001 Junior Angus show.
